Leadership Team
“You listen to Bill, validate his interests, and show him the next thing you all can do to help those interests blossom. When Bill wanted to go to the beach, you made it happen. When the staff realized he’s a nut about ferris wheels, you got him a miniature that lights up and plays music. When he expressed an interest in healthy eating, you involved him in meal planning, preparation, and shopping. Bill has been with WeAchieve for about 35 years. As a family, you need to have trust, and we do.”
